As Contracts Manager working for Strategic Estates you will be the key link between the Principal Supply Chain Partner delivering the new Emergency Department & Critical Care unit for Dorset County Hospital and the DCH Foundation Trust stakeholders, supporting the delivery of the scheme with project management of Trust-side works needed alongside the main works, site supervision of the main works, risk identification and mitigation, contract administration and handover to operational teams. Working closely with colleagues in Estates & Facilities, you will ensure smooth handovers and synchronisation with works undertaken by others. To be the technical and contractual specialist for the Strategic Estates team. to provide effective leadership and management of design teams and other consultants engaged for project delivery . To develop and interpret complex client briefs applying knowledge, experience, approved codes of practice, Health Technical Memoranda, Health Building Notes to confirm to all statutory requirements.
